Saddle River County Park (Wild Duck Pond), Ridgewood, NJ

1133 E. Ridgewood Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ.  Saddle River County Park has many different areas as described in the Bergen County Dept. of Parks Website. I am covering one that has been recommended to me by Ira, one of the helpful posters at the NJ forum for city-data.  Thanks for your contribution! My kids didn’t want to leave this playground, the day I had visited it was pretty popular even in the nippy weather.  Beautiful pond right by the playground. Swings, slides, rock wall, and saw some restrooms not too far by (sorry, forgot to check if they were functioning, please post a comment if you can verify) Check out the pictures to take a good look…

Yes, last time we were there, the bathrooms worked, cause my oldest had to use them! Just wish there was a fence around this one, but that is my beef with most parks.
