Pleasant Valley Lavender

Really?  Lavender in NJ?!!! YAY!  I always see the lavender field photos in France, but had no idea we have these fields right here in NJ!  The Garden State is truly a garden!!! You can go and pick up some dried or even fresh lavender.  Such a calming influence in the air.  It’s wonderful. They also have other lavender products for sale, like soaps, cookies and more.  Take your kids, take the dog and have a picnic surrounded by the fabulous scents in the air!  Learn about lavender and the history of the farm.  Buy a plant and start your own lavender garden in your backyard.  All around a lovely day out.

  • .People really have a wonderful experience coming to this lavender oasis!  Its just beautiful and amazing .  John and Ellen, who are the owners, are very informative about  the different lavender , as well as the farms history . It is a blissful place to visit.  And for all chocolate lovers they have chocolate lavender cashews that are delicious.  Worth going when they are open.  Check on this as they aren’t open all year – it’s lavender after all!

  • You can pick your own lavender which is really fun and special.  A great day out.  Cute aesthetic spots are set up around the farm – all for the enjoyment of visitors.
Parking is on the farm area itself.
The store is a great place to stock up on all your lavender needs!  Plus a few luxuries…chocolates, simple syrup etc.
